ANTI BULLYING & CYBER SAFETY

We tailor workshops offering schools best practice in addressing current issues in education.

We can help your organisation review and develop Discipline Policy and Responses to managing
conflict and
wrongdoing with approaches based on recognising that relationships in schools
emerge as the main protective factor against violence and harmful behaviour.

IN ORGANISATIONS and the COMMUNITY

Businesses and community groups may also see the benefits of adopting restorative approaches
to all matters relating to workplace conflict, interpersonal tensions and protection of social capital.

One of the many benefits of this approach is a new framework and language to guide us in how we
think about and manage our own behaviour as leaders and how we can guide others more
productively in their professional behaviour.

Organisations such as sporting clubs and neighbourhood groups where relationships have been
harmed and the organization threatened by mistakes, misunderstandings, and wrongdoing, may benefit
from mediation and restorative approaches when seeking ways to move forward.

Maphuce_EQ_Symbol.JPGThe Behaviour Matters logo is the ancient symbol of the Mapuche people who are a group of indigenous inhabitants of
south-central Chile and southwestern Argentina.  The intersections on the circle represent the four points of the compass and the four seasons.
The symbol represents the importance of equilibrium in the lives of the Mapuche people and for Behaviour Matters, the importance of
equilibrium in healthy relationships.
